Additionally, using a mix of native and proficient non-native teachers may provide a balanced approach, combining authentic language exposure with effective learning techniques.
In conclusion, while native English teachers can offer benefits in pronunciation, cultural knowledge, and motivation, teaching quality is largely determined by teacher competence and methodology. In my opinion, Vietnamese students can achieve better communication skills through a combination of well-trained native and non-native teachers, supported by effective teaching practices, rather than relying solely on native speakers.
