My situation is that the school is planning to invest money to improve the quality of education. There are three areas to choose: teachers, students, and facilities.

Among the three options, I think investing in teachers is the best choice because they directly influence students’ learning. For example, good teachers can make lessons more interesting and effective. The second reason is that teachers can help students build essential skills for their future. For instance, they can guide students in critical thinking and problem-solving.

I don’t think that investing in facilities is suitable because even with modern equipment, it won’t be effective without good teachers. For instance, a new computer lab is useless if teachers don’t know how to use it well.

Although investing in students is a good idea, I don’t choose it. Simply because students’ progress mainly depends on teachers’ guidance. To illustrate, without well-trained teachers, students may not know how to use resources effectively.

To sum up, if I were in the case, I would choose investing in teachers for the reasons I have mentioned.
